Thank you for shopping with SurfaBabe Wellness. These terms apply to every order on surfababe.com or on WhatsApp.

Our products. Our skincare and cleaning products are handmade in small batches from natural ingredients, so color, scent and texture can vary a little from batch to batch. They are cosmetics and household products, not medicines. Please read the ingredient list and patch-test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

Prices. All prices are in Vietnamese dong (VND). Delivery fees are not included; we quote them on WhatsApp before you pay. If you pay by a card issued outside Vietnam, your bank converts VND to your currency and may add its own fees.

Placing an order. You can order on our website or on WhatsApp. Your order is confirmed when you see your order number on our confirmation page, or when we confirm it on WhatsApp. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.

Paying. We accept:

• card payments through Stripe on our website;
• Wise bank transfer (we send details on WhatsApp);
• VietQR bank transfer;
• cash on delivery in Hội An and Đà Nẵng.

We hold unpaid transfer orders for 48 hours.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
