Shipping & Delivery

Every order is packed by hand in Hội An.

Where we deliver. Hội An and Đà Nẵng by local courier, and the rest of Vietnam by national courier. We do not ship internationally for now.

Delivery fees. Fees depend on your address and order size. We quote the fee on WhatsApp before you pay, so there are no surprises.

When it arrives. We usually pack orders within 1 to 2 working days after payment, or after confirmation for cash on delivery. Typical delivery times after that:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays such as Tết and bad weather can cause delays. We will tell you on WhatsApp if your order is late.

Cash on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready. If a cash-on-delivery order is refused, we may ask you to prepay next time.

Your address. Please check your name, phone and address at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the details were wrong, we will contact you; re-delivery may cost extra.
