Refunds & Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, tell us and we will help.

Damaged, wrong or missing items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

Changed your mind? You can return unopened items in their original sealed condition within 14 days of delivery. You pay the return delivery for change-of-mind returns.

Opened skincare. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

How to return. Message us on WhatsApp or email Uptoyou.wellness@gmail.com with your order number. We will tell you where to send the item. Please do not send items back before we reply.

Refunds. Once we approve the refund (or receive the returned item), we refund you within 7 working days using the way you paid:

• Card: refunded to the same card through Stripe. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Because your bank converts currency, the amount you see may differ slightly from the original charge.
• Wise or VietQR transfer: sent back by bank transfer to the account you tell us.
• Cash on delivery: by bank transfer, or another way we agree with you.

Cancelling an order. You can cancel free of charge before your order is shipped, until we tell you it has been handed to the courier.

These terms do not limit your rights under Vietnam's consumer protection law.
