How to Receive Your Order in Vietnam

We want to make sure you get your natural products without any stress! In Vietnam, delivering packages can sometimes be tricky. To help our delivery team find you, we need a little extra info from you. Here’s how it works:

1. Give Us Your Phone Number

When you order, please share your a Vietnamese phone number that can receive calls. This is super important! Our delivery person will call you to find your exact location since addresses alone might not be enough. If they can’t reach you, it’s hard for them to deliver your package.  If language is an issue, you can use Zalo to communicate easier. (*Please let us know if you have a question or have an issue with this.)

2. Be Ready to Answer the Phone

We work with a shipping company that tries their best to get your order to you. However, we can’t  tell you the exact time they’ll arrive. So, you have to be available to pick up the phone when they call and arrange the best time for delivery. They’ll try to deliver 2-3 times if they can’t reach you and no one answers, they’ll have to return your order to us. 

3. Ordering to a Hotel? No Problem!

If you’re staying at a hotel and want our products delivered there, just give us:

• The hotel’s name

• The hotel’s address

• The phone number of the hotel’s receptionist

Here’s how it works: You’ll need to leave the cash for your order with the receptionist. When our delivery person arrives, they’ll coordinate with the receptionist to hand over your package and collect the payment. You don’t even need to be there! This makes it easy and smooth for everyone.

Why Do We Do It This Way?

In Vietnam, finding the right house or apartment can be confusing because of shared addresses. By giving us your phone number (or the hotel’s info), you help our delivery team find you without any hassle. We want you to enjoy our natural products, not stress about delivery!

Tips for a Smooth Delivery

• Double-check your phone number when you order.

• Keep your phone nearby on delivery day.

• If you’re at a hotel, let the receptionist know to expect a package for you.
